Rotgut Whines is a songwriting duo consisting of Andy Murphy (Drums, Keys, Backing Vocals, Bass) and Evan Manuel(Guitar, Lead Vocals, Keys). Both dropped out of college in their early years to pursue a life of performing music. The band was formed in Helena Montana in 2015, and shortly thereafter moved to Missoula where they self produced their freshman album “Over Dead Man’s Things'' in 2018. The summer of 2019 was painfully unfruitful after Murphy broke his neck, subsequently causing a delay to the writing, recording, and touring of their second album. The band plans to finish their sophomore album in 2021, and hit the road singing as soon as possible.
