These selections were recorded by five Montana musicians who comprised three trios over a twenty year period. The first trio consisting of MJ Williams, Kelly Roberti and Ben White recorded "Drifting Along in Space"written by MJ Williams. The second trio consisting of MJ Williams, Kelly Roberti and Ann Tappan recorded "Blues for a Bass Player in Paris" written by Ann Tappan.

The last trio consisting of MJ Williams, Ann Tappan and Rob Kohler recorded "Sun Ra Slept Here" written by MJ Williams. These Montana musicians have performed together in many configurations over the last thirty years locally and internationally.
